The Business Operation NPI Manager will be part of the Embedded Business Unit’s (EBU) Business Operations and Pricing team. You will be responsible for NPI Sample management for the automotive, industrial, medical, military, consumer, and distribution markets.
You will collaborate with global supply chain, MFG, Product Engineering, Global Quality, product marketing, business development, sales, and Business Operations. You will explore and introduce new and creative ideas and to support strategies that help the business grow efficiently, effectively, and profitably!
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Own EBU on time sample delivery KPI
Lead NPI sample communication and Prioritization process with BDM, PLM, Sales, GSC Drive continuous improvement of EBU NPI sample process
Support Corporate level initiatives related to NPI process
Enter NPI samples to demand tool based on PLM feedback post Stage Gate 2
Capture new products ES, QS and QR dates and capture all seedstock demands through monthly portfolio review
Work with GSM NPI on the build plan
Weekly review Demand status with GSC & cross functional team to discuss delay/changes to the plan
Supervise NPI demands status and allocate inventory to NPI Sales Orders
Supervise NPI backlog and send the shipment signal to the OF team
Enter new demand
Manage customer issues
Support NPI to HVM transition
Analyze NPI inventory levels to determine the possibility of HVM transition.
Supervise DIO NPI Aged material, If excess inventory is left, work with PE to either change the disposition level or scrap
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$87,000.00 - $171,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
