Job Description:
Contractor shall integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including OSINT, SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT.  Help plan, direct, and execute intelligence operations.  Continuously monitor OSINT reporting and threat streams throughout a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR) and produce predictive and current finished intelligence products and coordinate all analytical products for dissemination.  Collect and analyze publicly available information (PAI) coming from a wide variety of Open Sources, both traditional and non-traditional. Collect and analyze data and information found on the internet, such as social media, blogs, databases, maps, videos, academic literature, news media and journals, technical publications, professional publications, and others. Collection may occur on the clear web, deep web, and occasionally, the dark web, as required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for drafting OSINT policy documents, to include CONOPs and Marine Corps Orders
  • Serve as the MARSOC OSINT representative, providing input into the management of the OSINT/PAI program
  • Identify, develop, and formalize new OSINT tradecraft and other SOPs as needed to meet mission requirements
  • Coordinate and draft responses to OSINT related issues and tasker
  • Train and mentor Marines in OSINT tradecraft and best practices
  • Conduct OSINT activities in response to customer Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Collect, exploit, and analyze PAI, prepare reports in the format required by the task, with minimal supervision, using SIPRNet and JWICS systems and tools
  • Produce, review, and edit assessments, reports, briefings, threat analyses, and special studies
  • Provide force disposition and tracking, maintaining, and updating common battle space awareness and the common intelligence picture
  • Focuses expertise on a specific AOR ensuring advantageous support to collection efforts and resource utilization in the area
  • Utilize the full range of IC resources and products to identify exploitable vulnerabilities to achieve objectives
  • Utilize essential intelligence data to recognize gaps, generate calculated assessments and fulfill Priority Intelligence Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be graduate of a US Government basic intelligence MOS/AFSC/Rate awarding training course and possess eight years’ experience
  • Experience with compiling, segregating, evaluating, researching, interpreting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information to support operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT
  • Working level knowledge and experience with intelligence automated systems and libraries
  • Full understanding of the intelligence cycle and collection fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination of products
  • Excellent written communication, all-source research, data evaluation and analytic skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material
  • Ability to work within a flexible team environment with excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with all levels of project support staff and stakeholders 
Desired Qualification:
  • Completion of a formal OSINT Course
