This position will focusprimarily on the development of mask synthesis flows and solutions forpatterning processes. The Product Engineerrole provides an extraordinary opportunity to help define and support thedevelopment of enabling RET/OPC capabilities for next-generation lithographyprocesses. The PE role requiresclose collaboration with R&D software engineering, product marketing, andour customers.

This position reports tothe Calibre Senior OPC Product Manager. Responsibilities include: Providing in-depthtechnical support and training to our customers, defining and characterizingnew capabilities, supporting research partnerships, and working closely with Product Marketing tocommunicate the value and benefits of new features and capabilities. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience: Candidates for thisposition should have a strong interest in supporting enabling softwaretechnology for RET.

BSEE, MSEE/ MS or Ph.D.Physics, Physical Chemistry, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, orComputer Science required. Candidates should have aworking familiarity with Unix and Linux OS, and previous experience with TCL,Perl, Python scripting, or C programming, while not necessary, is desirable. A good understanding ofsemiconductor processing and lithography, in particular, is highly desirable.

A detailed understandingof OPC/RET is a plus, as is any experience with OPC modeling, OPC set-up,lithographic processing, and OPC software development is a plus. The position requireswell-developed written and oral communication skills. Ph.D.

and minimum 3years of industry experience, or MS and minimum of 5 years of industryexperience desired. This position will besubject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic inArms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtainingany necessary export license. The salary range forthis position is $101,200 to $182,200 and this role is eligible to earnincentive compensation.

The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
