Product Engineer/Senior Product Engineer
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform Yield Enhancement on a variety of analog and mixed signal integrated circuits.
- Define problems by identifying failure modes, quantity of material affected and percent fallout.
- Perform data analysis and problem characterization.
- Perform fault isolation to determine the root cause of the problem, this may include lab validation, circuit analysis, layout review, microscopy inspection and semiconductor material physical failure analysis.
- Evaluate the quality impact of the material, this may include product reliability qualification testing and analysis.
- Make disposition on production hold material.
- Conduct characterization and analysis on semiconductor devices leveraging knowledge of device physics.
Minimum requirement:
- MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or Material Science
- Prefer less than 3-year experiences.
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving proficiency

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $70,400 to $96,800.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
