Product Engineer/Senior Product Engineer
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Perform Yield Enhancement on a variety of analog and mixed signal integrated circuits.
• Define problems by identifying failure modes, quantity of material affected and percent fallout.
• Perform data analysis and problem characterization.
• Perform fault isolation to determine the root cause of the problem, this may include lab validation, circuit analysis, layout review, microscopy inspection and semiconductor material physical failure analysis.
• Evaluate the quality impact of the material, this may include product reliability qualification testing and analysis.
• Make disposition on production hold material.
• Conduct characterization and analysis on semiconductor devices leveraging knowledge of device physics.

Minimum requirement:

• MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or Material Science
• Prefer less than 3-year experiences.
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving proficiency

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $70,400 to $96,800.

• Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
