Onsite Inbound Customer Service-Vision Care

ECCO Group USA is hiring for Inbound Customer Service agents on behalf of a National Vision Care company, to work in our Sanford, FL. office.

Start date: March 18, 2024

DETAILS:

• Shift: 9am-5:30pm EST (Monday - Friday)
• Rate of Pay $16 hr.
• Sign on Bonus $250 (Must work 40 hrs. each week for 1st four weeks to receive)
• Weekly pay day(Wednesday)
• Ability to earn PTO
  
• We supply equipment ( laptop/headset)

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answers incoming calls and processing member requests
• Resolves customer complaints, troubleshoots issues to determine the best path for resolution.
• Correctly documents customer interactions and tracks call types.
• Maintains support service levels and upholds Luxottica’s Customer Service standards.
• Takes inbound phone calls for up-to 93% of assigned shifts.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a government background check
• 1+ year(s) of experience working in customer service, hospitality, or call center environment.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills.
• A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations.
• Excellent time management skills – must be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office; Word and Excel
• Ability to navigate information systems and the internet.
