· Main Responsibilities
o Handle 70% inbound call volume
o Fulfillment of after-hours and weekend on call rotation requirements
o Clear abandoned calls daily
o Follow up with new appointment requests, online webforms, marketing campaign leads
o Coordinate technicians from job-to-job with necessary information
o QC invoices and job booking for all service expert scorecards
o Assist administration as needed
· Daily KPIs Required
o 80% leads booked
o < 6% canceled calls
o 4 opportunities per tech
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
