Onsite Computer Programmer

Our Corporate Office, located in Audubon, PA, is currently searching for a Computer Programmer due to growth! Our goal is to continue to build and maintain the best technology systems possible. To achieve that goal, this position is based fully onsite every day.

What You Will Do:

• Review and update existing programs as well as identify and fix defects
• Support data architecture, generate reports, develop in‐house software, and mitigate potential risk.
• Assist the organization in increasing efficiency and service to its customers and employees through the construction, maintenance, and streamlining of the business process, computing systems and programs
• Enhance the efficiency and cost‐effectiveness of systems, resolve errors, and design programs that are customized to the organization's needs.

• Programming, inclusive, but not limited to:
  • Coding and debugging
  • Maintaining operating systems
  • Designing and testing computer structures
  • Editing source‐code
  • Troubleshooting errors
  • Profiling and analyzing algorithms
  • Writing computer instructions
  • Implementing build systems
  • Managing database systems

• Special projects and other job duties as assigned.

You Have:

• Expert IT skills
• Strong aptitude for math along with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new technology
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems
• Ability to meet and exceed deadlines
• Visual Studio and the .NET Framework, Java, C++, SQL, C#, Mobile (Android/IOS) and HTML experience
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products, specifically excel.
