Online Team Lead – Remote
World Travel Service is looking for an Online Booking Tool Team Lead. This person will lead the Online Specialist team members as it relates to implementations and support of all online booking tools. The support specialist team is responsible for current online booking tools which include Concur, Get There, Trip Source, and Get Going. This support includes site administration, onboarding, and related projects.
The successful candidate will not only work directly with internal departments and external clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable quality and scope; and ensure all aspects of each project are completed but also lead the daily operations on the entire online staff.
Skills:
- Proven working experience in online support and/or project management, with an emphasis on Concur.
- Proven management experience to lead a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in process management (design, document and implement processes)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Sabre preferred
- Extensive travel industry experience
- Good analytical thinking skills
- Great empathy for customer needs and patience with demanding customers
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 5 years of experience in Concur administration, to include new implementations and conversions. This candidate must have past leadership experience. Face to face meetings with customers will be required whether in person or virtual. Some travel will be required.
