- Building and maintaining realtor relations and promoting William Ryan Homes throughout the community
- Auditing WRH and other referring 3rd party websites for accuracy; monitoring new promotions and ideas from competitors websites
- Responding to all phone and internet inquiries expeditiously; converting leads to appointments and scheduling prospect appointments
- Providing varied project and administrative support to the Retail team in the development of marketing and advertising programs/promotions for new and existing communities
- Meeting monthly minimum lead to appointment conversion goals

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Experience/Education:
- Two years prior sales experience, preferably in Online Sales or internet marketing
- Knowledgeable in residential homebuilding industry or real estate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Other Requirements
- Minimal travel required; employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license with insurance coverage
- Employee must have a cell phone with data package
