Genesis is seeking an experienced, Full-Time, Oncology Scheduling Coordinator for our busy Medical practice in Kingwood. Applicants must be dedicated to providing superior patient care, able to prioritize, organize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
2-4 years prior Scheduling experience preferred.
Prior Medical Office experience a must.
Must have computer experience.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Job Duties Include but not limited to:
answering incoming calls
transferring in house calls
completing medical records requests
monitoring/filing incoming e-faxes
new patient intake
scheduling/rescheduling appointments
