Our fast-growing home healthcare company across the state has a part-time opening for an additional Recruiter/Onboarding Specialist in Fort Myers, FL. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work independently. The right person must have a positive attitude and be able to handle high-stress situations on a daily basis and the ability to complete the following tasks:
- Answering & handling high call volume
- Detail-oriented
- Strong Computer Skills
- Referring caregivers from a pool of CNAs to clients on an ongoing basis
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team approach
- On-call is required
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school graduation or the equivalent
- One year of related healthcare experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Concierge Care
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Must have the ability to work independently, maintain the confidentiality of information, and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, and yearly work
- Must be able to establish good working relationships with management, colleagues, and their staff
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be patient and friendly on the telephone with clients and staff
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
