Salary: $48,000

About the role
We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for onboarding new accounts and training customers to use their equipment/software. Training will be provided but must have prior customer onboarding or technical support experience.

Responsibilities
- Confirm merchants understand the product they are receiving
- Ship equipment or deploy purchased software
- Cross sell alternative solutions
- Sell/Finalize automated account leads
- Train new customers on their selected solution
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Create and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications
- 2 years of successful customer onboarding experience, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing and/or consulting role
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adequate sales experience to help finalize and close automated accounts
