Job Description
Our IT support company seeks a part-time technician to perform level 1 & level 2 Windows help desk support at our client companies in the Chicagoland area. Most support may be performed remotely through our remote management portal, though some on-site support may be required. On-site support includes troubleshooting desktops and laptops that do not have Internet access, troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points. Remote support usually involves troubleshooting user-related computer and software issues.
