As an On Call Homecare Coordinator, you will be responsible to assist clients by scheduling HHA visits as needed, and finding caregivers to fill in when a caregiver calls out over the weekend. This position requires excellent communication skills, computer skills, a strong understanding of homecare coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
On Call Homecare Coordinator Core Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 1 year+ Home Care Coordinator experience
- Multitasking skills
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly detail-oriented
- Establish strong person-to-person relationships with customers
- Available for shifts on Saturday/Sunday: 6:30 am-11:00 pm
- High School or equivalent
- MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
- Must be available to come for in-person training during the week.
