Position: Oilfield Pumper
Location: Pecos, TX – Onsite – Locals Only
12+ Months Contract
Description:
The job description of an oilField Pumper is to assure that wellheads located in fields across a wide area are properly maintained and working efficiently. Pumpers log data, check and test gauges and perform minor repairs. 8+ years of experience
EHS Requirements:
The client requires PEC Safe land Certification to be obtained prior to beginning this role. Proof of certification can be uploaded into Fieldglass for verification by the hiring supervisor. This role will also require ANSI Z390.1-2017 instructor led H2S training (will be specific to certain roles).
Additionally, client requires the following PPE be provided by the contractor prior to commencing work:
Safety glasses – ANSI approved.
Steel toe safety shoes
Hard Hat
H2S monitor.
SCBA (ProdOps and Drilling roles)
Flotation device/ life jacket - where applicable
Fire Extinguisher
FR Clothing
Some roles will require task specific PPE and should be provided by the contractor prior to commencing work. For example:
Hearing protection
Gloves
Chemical Handling PPE
Hot Gloves
Face Shield
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
