Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II, the position performs a variety of the most complex and sensitive clerical duties that supports OAL's Legal Division including, but not limited to, maintaining the front counter and processing the daily intake of regulations, using Microsoft office applications and all applicable office equipment, in accordance with OAL's policies and procedures. The incumbent shall promote and be accountable for customer satisfaction and quality service.

Special Requirements
