Office Technician

Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication

- Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills

- Ability to use independent judgement and discretion

- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds

- Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and carry

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time using a computer

Responsibilities:

- Assist with maintenance of storage room by sorting, uploading, and organizing medical records

- Supplies timely and effective administrative support services to the organizational department

- Acts as administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources

- Retrieve of medical records following internal request

- Responsible for data entry and computer work

- Update medical records tracking documents

- File medical records after internal use

- Support all operational aspects

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
