Pharmacy Technician - Family Medicine Offices - Full Time

The Pharmacy Technician assists the professional staff in processing e-prescribing requests from pharmacies and patients requesting medication prescription refills for the physician office sites. This professional is responsible for medication authorizations needed for patients across the physician office sites.

1. Accountable and responsible for entering physician’s orders, processing, and delivering Processing medication refills and prior authorizations for patients in WPG office settings.
2. Demonstrates competency and completes and technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated according to WPG office sites.
3. Accurately reports information to members of the office staff team members.
4. Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to deal with all types of patients while preserving patient confidentiality.

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
