SalaryCatawba Valley Healthcare is seeking experienced staff for
a position in our medical billing department.
Duties will include verifying insurance benefits, Medicaid,
Medicare and insurance eligibility, auditing and billing for services provided,
taking new patient referrals, and researching claim denials.
Prefer candidates with experience in primary care or behavioral health
services.
Must have good interpersonal skills as this position involves patient
interaction both face-to-face and by telephone.
Software systems include Insync, Alpha MCS, NC Tracks,
Palmetto GBA, various insurance portals, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ideal candidate works well in a team environment. Excellent benefits
