- Assist with document preparation, including drafting correspondence and reports
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
```Experience:```
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with calendar management software is a plus
- Knowledge of Sage or other accounting software is beneficial
- Experience with phone systems and handling customer inquiries is advantageous
