Office Specialist
Roman Jewelers is a high-end family-owned and run retail jewelry store located in Bridgewater, NJ. We are seeking a full-time Office Specialist.
Job Description: The position supports the back-end operations of a retail jewelry store.
This is a full-time position which ensures a smooth running of a jewelry store by flawless execution of a wide range of administration duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory control and management
- Shipping and receiving merchandise.
- Sales staff support
- Production Shop support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- To perform this job effectively, experience in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and Word, as well as fluency in using Windows Operating System are required.
