Duties/Responsibilities: Data Entry, Customer Service, Filing
Job Brief: These staff perform data entry and processing tasks for all referrals. This includes managing mail, email regular and secure, faxes, file creation and archiving, database query and data entry. Also provides customer service functions providing information to providers related to status and enrollment.
