```Duties```
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support to the team
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a front desk secretary.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with office management or administrative support is a plus
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
