SalaryPaladin Consulting is currently hiring a Legal Sr On-Site Services Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Jacksonville, FL.
Job Title: Legal Sr On-Site Services Specialist
Work Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manager is seeking someone who can do Print work for the customers, opening mail and scanning and doing mail runs.
- Light hospitality meaning conference room setup and clean up after meeting, keeping the coffee stations clean as well as the kitchens.
- There is one floor for the office.
- Handling UPS/FedEx packages,delivering cases of paper and pushing a mail cart on the run.
- There is minimal walking, standing and lifting but client standard is 50# without assistance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- All submissions must have the ability to also communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
- Manger is seeking Great customer service, hospitality background, attention to detail and communication skills. Resumes should reflect experience as such.
- There is no reimbursement or paid parking. CW must either pay on own or use public transit.
- No Covid requirements.
