The person in this position will provide front-line clerical support to probation staff and administrative staff within the Court Service Unit in order to assist them in meeting Department of Juvenile Justice goals.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, selected candidates must possess the following:
  • Knowledge of and experience in general office practices and procedures
  • Receptionist experience
  • Skill in the use of computers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with staff and the general public
  • Related experience in an administrative support position
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications

A valid driver’s license is required of DJJ employees to operate a state-owned or leased vehicle.
