Intake / Customer Service Specialist

A leading Roanoke Personal Injury Firm is currently seeking an Intake/Customer Service Specialist. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who can perform executive personal assistant tasks, administrative assistant functions, and new client intake responsibilities with both precision and compassion. The Intake / Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for the initial new client assessment, will screen and accept new cases and initiate new client files while serving as the first contact point for the Firm. Flexibility will be a key component of the position to perform various tasks as needed, all related to giving our clients the best possible CUSTOMER SERVICE experience.

Some of the specific requirements for this position are:

• Advanced proficiency in English language skills
• Exceptional telephone, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team of staff professionals
• Consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism through a strong work ethic
• Polished, professional demeanor
• Extremely competent with computer software, keyboarding, working online
• Basic administrative abilities related to supporting legal staff
• Detail oriented, dependable, adaptable, compassionate
• Legal training, while helpful, is not required
