Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. (WJE) is looking for a full-time Office Services Associate to provide support to our Office Services team located in Northbrook, Illinois.

Responsibilities:
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail, including daily mail run delivery and pickup
- Processes incoming and outgoing shipments, including freight
- Provides shipping and receiving support to administrative and project staff
- Monitors, stocks, and maintains inventory of shipping products and breakroom supplies
- Delivers/picks up equipment and supplies when needed
- Supports special projects as requested and directed
- Cleans, calibrates, and maintains office equipment and breakroom equipment and inventories associated supplies
- Covers front desk/receptionist duties
- Assists with setup/takedown for special events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities and project deadlines
- Ability to take direction from Office Services, Facilities, and Corporate Operations
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires visual acuity and listening ability along with the ability to read and write. Individuals must have the dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, telephones, voicemail systems, and other office equipment. The position requires the ability to remain for extended periods at a workstation, as well as the ability to lift 25 pounds. Long periods of standing and walking may be required during event periods.
Annual starting base salary (gross): $37,800 – $65,100. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on several factors including consideration for a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base salary is one component of our total compensation package for employees.
