***Job Summary***
Looking for an organized, self sufficient, employee to handle an office assistant/secretary position. Must be proficient with technology, phone and computer. A large majority of the job will consist of answering phone calls and scheduling appointments through Service Fusion as well as submitting estimates and invoices through Quickbooks.
***Duties***
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Creating and replying to e-mails
- Manage the calendar/jobs for the week
- Place orders with suppliers of materials needed
- Submit estimates and invoices to clients
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office inventory and purchase supplies when needed
- Ensure the office is clean and organized
***Experience***
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is necessary
- Familiarity with Service Fusion is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial/clerical role
- Proficiency in using iPhone and computer systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
