Job Title: Office Operations Manager
Hours of Work: 30-35 hours, Monday-Friday
Salary: Commensurate with experience.

The Office Operations Manager provides critical leadership in managing the overall administrative operations of Our Neighbors’ Table including its office management and multiple facilities’ management functions and ensuring that the office team presents a welcoming first impression for our guests, volunteers, and community members. The essence of this role is to be the central contact for the practical daily functions of the organization and to be the reliable, supportive, organized person whom others can count on. The ideal candidate for this role is responsive, helpful, proactive, and takes pride in their work, while providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all of those who need their help.
The Office Operations Manager is responsible for general office administration and facilities operations.
Experience and Key Skills
· 5+ years of administrative experience, specifically Office Operations and management
· Experience working with and managing volunteers and/or direct supervisory experience required
· High school diploma or GED required
· Compassion for others and a philosophy that aligns with ONT’s core values of dignity, community and respect
· Strong time-management practices, organization, multi-tasking and project management skills
· Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and other technology to organize, create priorities and track activities
· Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with co-workers, leaders, vendors and contractors
· Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
· Positive attitude, respectful communication, and strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage and maintain contracts
Additional Skills
· Non-profit experience a strong plus
· Familiarity with financial reporting, bookkeeping and recordkeeping a plus
· Solid command of navigating, setting and troubleshooting hardware/software for PCs and office networks a plus
