Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for undertaking a variety of office support tasks for all operating members of the corporate, executive, and ownership teams.
Essential Functions-
- Assist all Executive Team members with various administrative tasks
- Answer company calls and connect to appropriate party
- Scanning, copying and filing as needed
- Maintains and orders and corporate office supplies as needed
- Coordinates t-shirt and swag orders for all New Creations Employees
- Collects monthly Parent Calendars from all Site Directors
- Facilitating company-wide events and communication
- Meeting preparation
- Lunch orders/pick up as needed
- Senior Scholarship Communication
- Top Golf Calendar management
- Checking deposits and cash collecting and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping car tabs and car insurance updated on any company vehicles
- Location open house planning
- Keeps Ownership Team organized and well informed about upcoming events, meetings and deadlines
- Prepares business documents on behalf of the Ownership Team
Qualifications and Experience:
-Must have a High School Diploma
- Administrative Assistant experience is preferred but not required
-Must pass state DHS background check
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-High proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Excellent time management and organizational skills
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
-Exercises sensitivity, maturity, discretion and confidentiality
-Proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
