Position:Minot Office Manager (Full-Time, Salary Position)
Home Instead® is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the Minot Office Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing a growing team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. Responsibilities:
1. Reflect Values and Integrity:
- Reflect the values of S-6 Senior Services, LLC d.b.a Home Instead by demonstrating honesty and integrity in all interactions.
2. Client Communication and Service Inquiries:
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Field service inquiries over the phone, entering information into the software system.
- Field new client inquiries over the phone, entering information into the software system, and coordinating care consultations for the Client Care Coordinator.
3. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and guide the team toward achieving common goals while providing ongoing support to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to maintain a well-organized office.
4. Effective Communication and Community Outreach:
- Demonstrate clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Engage in various community outreach events, such as health fairs, senior expos, and local initiatives, to enhance the visibility of our services.
- Foster relationships with referral providers, actively seeking opportunities to strengthen our network and enhance collaboration.
- Recognize and capture opportunities to enhance and increase quality care, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our services.
5. Collaborative Assistance:
- Assist the Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator in hiring and training caregivers when necessary.
- Assist in care consultations when necessary, following the consultative sales process.
- Assist the Service Coordinator, paying meticulous attention to detail in scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant business experience or equivalent education, preferably in [related field].
- Valid North Dakota driver's license.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective listening.
- Reliable, able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
- Practical interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and decision-making ability.
- Discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness aligned with company standards.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office software.
- Availability for occasional evening work and rotating weekend on-call.
