We have an immediate opening for an Office Manager/Administrator in our Newport Beach location. We need a highly organized self-starter who is excited about offering a luxury customer experience for our clients and patients. If you are a dedicated strong leader ready to dive in and help us grow, we are looking for you.

General Duties:

• Providing exceptional in-person and telephone customer service
• Managing front office communications and back office operations
• Developing and implementing office processes, procedures, and policies
• Bookkeeping and payroll
• Receptionist duties
• Appointment scheduling and follow up
• Medical billing
• Managing supply ordering and inventory
• Maintaining a clean and clutter-free environment
• General administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning
• Assisting the doctor with other office tasks
• Offering Support to Staff
• Human Resources

Job Requirements:

• 5-7 years Office Management experience
• 5+ years Reception experience
• Proficient in Quickbooks - Accounting and Invoicing
• Processing payroll using ADP
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work a 50 - 60 hour work week
• 4-year college degree (preferred)
