Mt. MELVIL is a production company producing commercials and original content.
This position is tasked with basic assistant needs for our office located in Culver City. Tasks include (but not limited to) take inventory of supplies, take phone calls, run office errands, maintain cleanliness, contact various vendors, assist with any needs from producer/staff for projects. The position will also require communicating with the bookkeeper, insurance company, etc.
We are seeking a candidate who is open to the various cultures since our clientele is international; mainly Japanese. Therefore Japanese speaking is a plus but not required.
Office Manager/Administrator experience is a plus.
We are looking for someone who can come to the office 2 - 3 days a week for a part-time position preferably on M, W, F. (The position has a possibility for a full-time job in the future.)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
