Tasks:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and plan office events and meetings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Manage recurring clients and follow up with potentially new clients
- Address any client issues and provide swift solutions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in office management is a plus
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, clients, and staff members
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
