Office Manager
Golin New York is looking for an Office Manager. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment and we are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills who multitasks well and can manage people and priorities in a group environment. This person not only acts as an assistant to the multiple executives they support but will also be responsible for providing various administrative tasks for the team as well as be the to-go-to person.

What You'll Do:
- Manage office calendar for client meetings and VIP visitors
- Manage conference room booking
- Manage IT requests
- Process office invoices in a timely manner, open up POs
- Order office supplies
- Coordinate meetings, including beverage/food, catering, staff meeting needs, printed materials, etc.
- Vendor invoicing
- Support executives with administrative tasks
- Assist with new hire prep as needed
What You Have
- The ability to be in the office 5 days a week
- Proven experience as an Office manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, outlook mail calendar
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Expertise with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs required
- Strong attention to detail, following through on projects and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Adhoc admin projects
Salary: $40,000-$55,000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
