It’s Work That Matters.
Minimum Experience: 3 or more year of experience in a supervisory or Office Manager capacity preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education. 1 or more years of experience in a medical office/clinic setting preferred.
- Desired expertise in Microsoft Outlook at an advanced level.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills across various mediums, including in-person interactions, telephone conversations, and email correspondence.
- Capable of managing confidential, critical, and time-sensitive tasks across all levels.
- Expresses oneself clearly and effectively when speaking and/or writing to individuals or groups; listens attentively, ensures that information is understood by all parties; shares information in a timely manner using the appropriate method; presents well-organized information in a group setting.
- Is organized and has the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. Organizes work, sets priorities, and determines resource requirements; determines the necessary sequence of activities needed to achieve goals.
- Allocates time and resources efficiently and effectively; prioritizes work and delegates as appropriate; works to minimize institutional risk by acting as a responsible steward for the organization.
- Is alert in a high-risk environment; follows detailed procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation and data; carefully monitors gauges, instruments or processes; concentrates on work details, and organizes and maintains a system of records.
