The hours for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm based on a 35 hour work week.
The salary range is $18-$19 dollars hourly
Job Summary
Are you organized, a problem solver, and great at multitasking and customer service? QSAC is looking for an Office Manager for our Day Habilitation Clinical Department. This position will provide administrative support to QSAC’s Director of Clinical Services and her Day Habilitation team. This position requires collaboration, flexibility and strong organization skills.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Support Clinical Day Habilitation department with emphasis on the needs of the clinical leadership team
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, ordering supplies
- Manage training calendar and ensure meetings are scheduled for Day Habilitation Clinical team
- Create and edit Microsoft Office documents as requested
- Maintain paper and computer files
- Assist in new hire paperwork for clinical hires
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or related administrative experience required
- 1-2 years customer service/office experience is highly preferred
- Punctuality and regular attendance is expected
- Maintain individual /family confidentiality
- Commitment to company values and adherence to policies is essential
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with flexibility
- Dependability and flexibility is expected
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required
- Working knowledge Microsoft Office is required
