Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Provide guidance and direction to administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Office Organization and Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to promote productivity and professionalism.
Patient Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
Ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients during their visits to the office.
Staff Support:
Support staff members with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
Provide training and support to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Financial Management:
Assist with financial tasks such as billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Collaborate with finance department to reconcile accounts and manage budgets as needed.
Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA regulations and OSHA requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to privacy policies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, patients, and vendors.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address issues and make informed decisions.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
