- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking (Full bookkeeping experience preferred)
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff

- Proficient in using phone systems and handling calls professionally
- Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent schedule management skills to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Proven team management abilities to motivate and guide administrative staff
- Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
