We are looking for an Office Manager
Zion Restoration Counseling Services is an established and collaborative private mental health clinic based in Fairfax, VA. We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and detail-oriented individual who works effectively in a busy office environment.
Successful candidates must have a sales background with experience in exceptional customer service skills and a track record in building relationships with clients.
Strong communication and written skills, intermediate administrative experience, and ability to effectively multi-task and meet weekly task deadlines.
- In Office Schedule : Tuesdays 10-6, Wednesdays 10-6, and Fridays 10-6
Responsibilities include:
- Daily answering of phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling clients and entering information into the EHR system
- Promoting our clinical services to hit our call conversion rate
- Collaborating with other administrative staff to streamline processes as needed.
- Assisting with the design of back-office systems, file organization, SOPs, and other administrative supports.
- Managing client accounts and information in all scheduling platforms
- Managing provider schedules
- Audit charts to ensure completion of all necessary documents
- Prioritizing workload daily while delivering high quality results and meeting performance targets
- Exuding professional energy and interpersonal engagement while providing positive experiences to clients and teammates.
- Assist in marketing our brand online and at events, locating and coordinating community events, and attending events occasionally.
- Attending meetings, training courses, and other learning and development opportunities as made available and/or required.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related program (preferred); HS Diploma (required)
- 2+ years experience in sales and administration support, private practice, or similar office management roles (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
