```Duties```
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Manage office calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment inventory
-Invoicing clients and allocating expenses or job purchases to correct job
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and vendors
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) QuickBooks, Avetta, and ADP
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
