Position Description
The Office Manageris responsible for all office services by organizing office operations and procedures and monitoring other clerical functions to help maintain smooth operations of the building.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet all visitors.
- Coordinate backup for front desk when necessary (i.e. p/t receptionist, scheduler, department head rotation, light duty).
- Coordinate payment log from residents/families. Coordinate employee and guest meal payments.
- Process payroll & maintain all payroll reports.
- Update employee direct deposit information. Forward employee garnishment paperwork to corporate payroll.
- Monitor office budget.
Qualifications
- Must possess, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 2 years of office/administrative work experience.
- Computer skills required.
