SalaryHomewatch Caregivers of Delaware is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to expand our Sussex County territory. This individual will work closely with our main office in New Castle County during the growth process. There is tremendous growth opportunities in the area and the individual would share in the process.
The Client Care Specialist and/or Office Manager plays a critical role in attaining, retaining, and growing clients and caregivers, as the front line in being able to say "yes", as well as being the primary touch point throughout care for the caregiver and client.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Ability to communicate to potential clients and partners our services effectively
- Interviewing and Orienting potential staffing candidates
- Ability to work independently and being accountable for results
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility of work schedule
- Clean, professional image behavior and demeanor are expected at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
