Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Office Manager, Monday – Friday. We are a family-owned Management Team that oversees Design, Construction, Development of Real Estate, and Property Management. We are looking for someone to fill this role that will maintain a welcoming work environment, while ensuring high standards of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. We are looking for an energetic individual who will be able to make sure the office is running efficiently and help improve our standard procedures and daily operations. Salary to be negotiated during interview process.
We are looking for the following qualifications and are willing to train as needed.
· Maintain, Track, and File information for Contractors and Projects, including billing addresses, insurances, business licenses.
· Following up with contractors on submitted applications for payment.
· Providing general support to clients, contractors, customers, and vendors.
· Scheduling meetings, appointments, and deliveries.
· Monitor office supplies and order stationery as needed.
· Assist with onboarding new staff.
· Processing and Distributing weekly office records.
· Organize office procedures and policies and make adjustments as necessary.
