You will work with a relatively small, but growing, back office, take most of the general inbound calls/emails, and communicate as needed with the field operations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office documentation, scheduling, emails, phone calls, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments or direct to the appropiate team member
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Assist with bookkeeping and related financial record tracking
- Assit in keeping vendor/client processes in place for efficient Accounts Recieveable and Payable
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications
- 5-10 Years office management experience and/or Education/Training
- Ability to learn and operate in a fast paced enviorment
- Ability to use software for office management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge of basic human resources practices
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
