We are seeking a Office Manger to operate office, outside and sales team to keep productivity flowing!
Scope of work
- Manage inventory for all supplies and everyday items to support the store for the work crew and customers.
- Conduct data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in inventory, sales, profits and advertising.
- Prepare and Report to owner on regular reports detailing performance metrics, including sales, revenue, profitability, Schedules of team members and Payroll.
- Conducting meetings with office and outside crew.
- Maintain up-to-date sales price packets for the sales team.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Set sales targets and performance goals for team members.
- Keeping company website updated with current pricing and materials.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure awarded jobs are properly handled, including scheduling subcontractors, acquiring materials, and ensuring stock availability for projects.
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to track and manage inventory, invoices and payables.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up to ensure receipt of payments.
- Handling any issues in collaboration with administrator or accountant.
- Oversee the operation of the welding shop's store, ensuring adequate material supplies.
- Assistant with owner on priority task, example of ordering materials, supporting sales and advertising efforts.
- Monitor and track receipts to ensure timely processing.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on pricing strategies, offerings and margin pricing on material.
Requirements
- Experience in sales management or a related field.
- Experience in Construction Sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in office management tasks such as organizing schedules, managing inventory, and overseeing administrative processes.
- Ability to maintain a productive, positive and efficient office environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to supervise and motivate office staff.
- Analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data for reporting purposes to the owner.
- Experience in creating and maintaining reports related to sales performance, office operations, and financial metrics.
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise and implement solutions.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Driver License Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
