Elite Anesthesia Associates is a rapidly growing anesthesia company based in Salt Lake City, providing anesthesia for medical and dental offices throughout Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Washington, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Missouri and counting. We are searching for an experienced Office Manager to help with the general operations, to include: scheduling, nurturing client relationships, anesthesia provider relations, supply management, and other administrative duties.
EAA is looking for someone who is driven and passionate about operations and management. A successful Office Manager is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a fast growing company. We anticipate the company and the position to evolve rapidly over the next 1-2 years.
The Missouri office is located in St. Louis (We don't have the official address yet-- it is a new office). It is expected that you will be in the office Monday-Thursday and Fridays are flexible. Ultimately, the Office Manager ensures smooth day to day operations and helps to improve company procedures and operations overall.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing general office operations
- Manage the office email and phone
- Coordinating appointments and managing staff calendars and schedules
- Overseeing the purchasing of supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels throughout all offices.
- Liaise and provide general support and communication to clients, providers, and employees
- Assist in establishing feedback loops with clients, providers, and patients
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements and Skills:
- Ability to grow a market and reach out to potential offices
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, Operations manager, or Administrative Assistant
- Medical or Dental background strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Salary and Bonus: Expected to be up to $115,000 annually based on new office acquisition and office retention.
