Office Manager 2024

AR Electric is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager.

We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, dependable, has good phone etiquette, friendly disposition, and a team player.

MUST be proficient in Quickbooks! Prior experience in construction or city offices is preferred. Organizational skills will be a key component to success. The ability to complete any task.

Basic job responsibilities include:

• Quickbooks - Payroll, AR, AP, Invoices, Reports, etc. (all aspects)
• Construction Paperwork - Permits, Inspections, Registration, Liens, etc.
• Filing
• Data Entry
• Customer liaison
• Reception
• Inventory
• Light Cleaning

This is a permanent full-time position 8:00AM -- 5:00PM M-F (1hr lunch).

Must have consistent work history with employment at same organization for 2 years or more.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background screen. Dress code is casual but must have presentable appearance.
