Just Better Home Services is a growing trades company specializing in Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC. We service the Central Virginia and Richmond area. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the CSR/Dispatcher department, to include
- Hiring
- Training
- Maintaining booking average
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Service ticket reviews
Audits
- Monitoring call script
- Unbooked calls
- Follow-ups
- Notes
- Reminders
Payroll
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Hourly
- Commission
On-call
- Schedule
- 1 week per month
Accounts Receivables
- Check deposits
- Financing
- Cash handling
- Refunds
- Petty Cash
- Confirming payments received
New Hire Paperwork and Benefits Packages
Other Administrative Duties to include:
- Permits
- Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable
- Bill Payments
- Reports and spreadsheets
- Additional Payrolls tasks
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Working hand in hand with Technician Manger
- Organize and conduct office meetings
- Create innovative ideas to increase the company growth
Skills:
o Minimum 3 years’ experience in management (Trades management preferred)
o Service Titan Experience Strongly Preferred
o Ability to create a strong team through building moral and creating a positive workplace
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Leadership experience with ability to motivate and supervise a team
o Ability to work with minimal supervision and work with a team
