ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving and project lead (enablement / transformation) of creating one TRATON Procurement organization. This includes topics like e.g.:
- Cross brand alignment on strategic directions, KPIs and definition of core initiatives on TRATON Procurement level
- Coordinating and leading of cross-brand initiative to harmonize and optimize core Procurement processes (Way of Working) between the brands
- Definition of core initiatives (scope, deliverables, resources, timeline, budget) and steering of these initiatives
- Cross functional alignment and synchronization of initiatives with our cross functional partners within the Group Industrial Functions (GIF) such as Quality Management, Engineering and Logistics
- Synchronization of organization structures, roles, and decision structures between brands
- Fostering the cooperation within the TRATON network
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years business process improvement, lean or six sigma experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience

- Master's degree
- At least 6 years of business process improvement, lean or six sigma experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- At least 10 years of business process improvement, lean or six sigma experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Several years of experience working within Procurement and a deep understanding of Core Procurement Processes and needs
- Several years of experience in project / process management and knowledge of problem solution competence/techniques
- Experience in an international project management / intercultural competence
- High level of independence and self-responsibility
- High organizational skills and structural abilities as well as analytical and networked thinking
- Strong communication, presentation skills
- Experienced user with standard MS office applications
